Last weeks Mixed Open was won by Marie Franks who partnered V.C. Jason Weston with a magnificent 45 points with visitors from Horsforth in the form of Club Manager, Mick Thorpe and Miss Vannessa Schofield gaining the runner up spot from Laura Eagle and Brett Kuffner on the countback each gaining 43 pts.

This was a great event played in very warm conditions in comparison to when it should have been played on Sat 23rd June, when the course was under water. Thanks to all who managed to play and we look forward to the next Mixed event on Sunday 9th September, the Open Mixed Team Greensomes.
