Dewsbury Golf Club

Dewsbury District Golf Clubhouse

The Clubhouse, which opened in July 2002, is set on the hillside above Mirfield, and offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside from its elevated position, whilst also overlooking the 18th green.

It offers members and visitors alike, a warm and friendly atmosphere and welcome. Access onto the balcony allows a closer look at the far-reaching views whilst also offers a pleasant place to enjoy a reflective time after your round. In the Pinnacle Suite we can also cater for visiting parties or company golf days offering a personal service suited to your individual needs. Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and all sorts of celebrations can be catered for. We host Weddings and formal dinners. We regularly have Civic and Charity Dinners along with other sports club presentation nights. Disabled access and toilets are provided within the clubhouse. We have a chairlift providing easier access to the Pinnacle suite for those wishing to use it.

The Locker rooms offer spacious and pleasant changing facilities including showers, as you would expect at a quality golf club. Here you can either cool down or warm up after your round, before entering the clubhouse suitably prepared and refreshed.

We look forward to welcoming you to Dewsbury District Golf Club.

The 19th Members Bar

Downstairs, we have the 19th bar where once again you can enjoy a drink and some food and on a summer’s day, maybe move out onto the patio, which overlooks the 18th green. Others may chose to keep up to date with news and sports updates via our television located in this lounge.

Once again this room can be used for various occasions. We can host meetings, seminars, presentations, such as the Lottery Millionaire presentation, which was held in July 2008. Interviews have been filmed here for national TV and viewed by thousands if not millions of people in broadcasts.
